- Recordings & Transcripts: Audio and video recordings and their transcriptions are stored securely and are only accessible by you unless you explicitly choose to share them.
- Uploaded Documents: Files you upload (PDFs, Word documents, text files, etc.) are processed to extract content for note-taking and study features.
- Notes & Summaries: AI-generated summaries, notes, and study materials are created for your personal use.
- AI Interactions: Conversations with our AI assistant are processed to provide helpful responses but are not used to train our models without your explicit consent.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to provide Notara's functionality:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Your data is stored on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- AI Processing: Content is processed using industry-leading AI services with strict data handling policies.
